With this notice, the Data Controller, as defined below, wishes to inform the User about the purposes and methods of processing their personal data resulting from the use of cookies by this domain www.kreaidea.it (the “Site”), in accordance with the provision issued by the Privacy Guarantor on May 8, 2014 “Identification of simplified procedures for the information and acquisition of consent for the use of cookies” and pursuant to art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

1. WHO IS THE DATA CONTROLLER

The data controller is Kreaidea S.r.l.s. with registered office at Via Andrea Millevoi, 801 00178 Rome (RM) Italy, represented by its legal representative pro tempore (“Controller” or “Kreaidea”),
To exercise your rights, as well as to receive any information relating to them and/or to this Privacy Policy, you may contact the Controller at the following contacts: info@kreaidea.it tel. +390686726919.

2. WHAT COOKIES ARE AND WHAT THEY ARE USED FOR

Cookies are small text strings that the sites visited by the User send to their terminal (usually to the browser) where they are stored to be then retransmitted to the same sites on the next visit by the same User. While browsing the Site, the User may also receive cookies on their terminal that are sent from different sites or web servers (so-called "third parties"), on which some elements (such as, for example, images, maps, sounds, specific links to pages of other domains) present on the Site being visited may reside.

Cookies are used for different purposes: performing computer authentication, session monitoring, storing information on specific configurations regarding users accessing the server, storing preferences, etc.

In order to achieve proper regulation of these devices, it is necessary to distinguish the various types of cookies.

3. TYPES OF COOKIES

Various types of cookies can be distinguished based on (A.) the party that installs the cookies; (B.) the duration of the processing; (C.) the purpose of the processing.

  • Depending on the entity that installs the cookies on the User's device, there are: (a) "first-party cookies," installed directly by the operator of the website visited by the user; and (b) "third-party cookies," installed by the operator of another website, who installs the cookies through the first. The use of third-party cookies (temporary and permanent) by this Site is only anonymous and solely aimed at allowing the Data Controller to use web analytics services provided by third parties.
  • Based on the duration of processing, there are: (a) "session cookies," which are temporarily stored during the browsing session and are automatically deleted from the User's device after closing the browser; and (b) "persistent cookies," which instead remain on the User's device until a predetermined expiration date (for example, until the end of the year) or until they are deleted.
  • Based on the function of processing, there are: (a) "technical cookies," used solely to allow the User to browse and correctly use the website (e.g., proper display of pages or their scrolling, etc.); and (b) "profiling cookies," aimed at creating profiles related to the User and used to send targeted advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the User while browsing the web. Unlike technical cookies, profiling cookies are not necessary for the correct use of the Site and their use is subject to the User's consent.

Below is a summary table of the different types of technical cookies

4. TYPES OF COOKIES USED BY THIS SITE

Based on the above, below is a summary table of first-party and third-party cookies used by the Site, indicating the type, name, duration, domain, purpose of processing, and how to disable them.

FIRST-PARTY COOKIES Session cookies: these are cookies that are active only for the relevant session and allow temporary storage of information necessary for navigation from one page to another, avoiding the need to re-enter them. The use of these cookies is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow secure and efficient exploration of the site. The session cookies used on this Site avoid the use of other IT techniques that could potentially compromise the confidentiality of users' browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data of the user. These cookies are installed only through the Site.

Functionality cookies: these are cookies used to store customizations chosen by the user, such as, for example, the language. In particular, this Site uses cookies that are not persistently stored on the user's computer, whose use is strictly limited to the proper functioning of said technology, which would otherwise cease to function. These cookies do not record any information that can be traced back to the individual visitor user. These cookies are installed only through the Site. User consent is not required for the use of this type of cookie.

Profiling cookies:These are cookies used to identify user preferences by recording the sites and searches carried out in order to create a user profile and send targeted advertising, including from third parties. The Company uses these cookies to study the market, even in aggregate form, as well as to offer users a service that better matches the advertisements presented to their needs and preferences.

6. HOW TO DISABLE COOKIES AND MANAGE YOUR PREFERENCES

The provision of your personal data for processing by the cookies present on the Site is optional and you can freely choose within your browser whether to accept or disable cookies.
